How are you?
I have been thinking about closeness to people and being open. At the moment I am seeing a therapist and undergoing other counselling at the same time, so for a few hours a week, I chat a lot. Mostly about stuff that I am usually able to keep to myself. My scariest thoughts and my insecurities.
I have been sharing more with my friends, but I am worried that it is starting to make me feel needy and that I am taking up too much of their time. This is probably one of the many things that I need to work on.
How do you feel about sharing your feelings? Do you tend to share different things with different friends so that you can space things out? I suppose this is when a significant other comes in handy…
